Every personalized item at Lumora is handcrafted with care. Production typically takes 3-5 business days before your order is ready to ship.
Can I return or exchange a custom-made item?
Because custom items are made specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the product arrives damaged or with a defect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you have an issue.
What are the available shipping options?
We offer standard shipping (5-7 business days) and express shipping (2-3 business days) across the country. Shipping times are in addition to our standard production window.
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?
Orders enter production quickly. If you need to make a change, please reach out to us within 2 hours of placing your order. After that, we may not be able to modify the personalization details.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a direct tracking link so you can follow your personalized gift's journey to your doorstep.
